Who says it's not easy being Green?

Tonights attempt at vegetarian dinner will be a twist on my fave, Spinach Pesto. i have a large bag of fresh spinach waiting to be used and what better way to get rid of most of it than to make it into a pasta dish? I'll let you know how it turns out
